The 1009W presaturated wipe uses 148 g/m² polyester mesh in a resealable pouch. It brings the wiping substrate and selected alcohol solution together for repeatable handling at cleaning stations.
A heavier mesh substrate
1009W has a higher listed fabric basis weight than the 1009F pouch. This is a material difference, not a measured cleaning-performance ranking. Evaluate how the wet sheet folds, contacts the part and releases solution during the actual wiping motion.
Use overlapping passes with a clean face. Repeatedly rubbing a dirty face over an already cleaned area can carry residue back onto the surface.
Manage the opened pouch
Keep the closure free from trapped fabric and residue so it can seal properly. Do not top up the pouch with another solvent or mix formulations. The original solution specification and packaging condition form part of the selected product.
For controlled transfer, agree the outer-bag arrangement and handling procedure before supply. Sterilization documentation must identify the finished item and lot rather than only the raw cloth.
