Equipment, accessories, spare parts and packing can be coordinated for the installation and delivery requirements.
A plate heat exchanger supply package should make clear what arrives, what connects to it and what remains to be provided on site. shengtongJH coordinates ordinary industrial equipment procurement, with the exchanger, accessories and service parts identified in the agreed order.
A low equipment price can hide a missing interface
The exchanger may arrive without mating flanges, gaskets, insulation or the fittings needed for cleaning. These items are not automatically included with every unit. List them in the supply scope so the installation team can prepare the remaining work.
Connection details deserve particular attention. Nominal diameter does not identify the flange standard, thread form or orientation. A small mismatch can delay a straightforward replacement even when the thermal selection is correct.
Bare equipment
Suitable where the installer already controls the pipework and accessories. Provide a clear outline and connection drawing so site fabrication can be coordinated.
Equipment with service items
Include correctly identified spare seals, insulation or cleaning fittings. Confirm compatibility with the supplied plate pattern rather than adding generic spare parts.
Defined assembly
A pump or skid package needs its own hydraulic and control scope. Specify the required duty and interfaces; the presence of an exchanger does not define a complete system.
Prepare for receiving and handling
Agree the equipment orientation, lifting arrangement and protective packing. Thin plates, exposed connections and frame components need protection from handling damage. Check access restrictions at the destination, including doors, unloading equipment and storage conditions.
For overseas procurement, distinguish the selected equipment drawing from packed shipping dimensions. The information required for transport may differ from the dimensions used to fit the unit in a plant room.
Keep a usable record after delivery
Retain the agreed configuration, supplier documents and service-part identifiers with the plant records. This simplifies later enquiries and reduces the chance of buying the wrong gasket or plate. shengtongJH can coordinate the defined supply package without assuming responsibility for unspecified site installation, plant controls or performance of the surrounding system.
