Project requirements determine the construction and documentation. This page does not imply a Philippines warehouse, local stock or a blanket approval for all installations.
Duct sizes, insulation, connection accessories and packing can be customized to the project conditions and agreed delivery requirements.
Flexible air duct for Philippines projects should be selected against the actual industrial or commercial air-system specification. Warm, humid service spaces, mixed inch and metric interfaces and delivery handling all influence what needs to be included in the purchase.
Specify the ceiling environment as well as the supply air
A cold-air branch passing through a humid service void needs a different thermal assessment from a duct entirely inside conditioned space. Record the surrounding conditions and the lowest supply-air temperature expected during operation. Choose insulation and jacket construction together so that the duct does not become a source of condensation above finishes or equipment.
Openings, cut ends and repaired patches deserve attention because moisture can enter at a local break in an otherwise continuous jacket. Keep the chosen termination materials in the installation scope rather than leaving each site team to improvise a different closure.
Resolve inch and metric interfaces before shipment
Imported terminals, locally fabricated plenums and existing ductwork may use different size conventions. Put the actual collar dimensions on the purchase schedule. A nominal inch-to-millimetre conversion explains the size; it does not prove that every nearby metric fitting will assemble without an adapter.
Separate indoor duty from outdoor exposure
A foil outer jacket should not be assumed to withstand continuous sunlight, rain, handling and exposed rooftop service. State where the route will be installed. An exterior section may need a different duct system or properly specified protection, including sealed joints and access for maintenance.
Make the delivery schedule usable on site
Group quantities by bore, construction and extended length, and identify whether accessories are included. Protect cartons from crushing and water during transport and storage. Receiving teams should be able to match each item to the approved schedule without guessing from a compressed coil.
shengtongJH handles equipment and material sourcing as a trading business. For a Philippines enquiry, include the destination, required documents, installation specification and delivery boundary. Any project-mandated fire classification or operating rating must be supported by the actual selected product; it is not established by the destination or the wording of this page.
