Washing designations describe processing options, not sterility. Absorption figures require a confirmed test unit and method before comparison.
B4009C is a lightweight sub-microfiber polyester wipe with a straight-knit surface. It suits trials involving frequent cloth changes and small, lightly contaminated precision surfaces.
Frequent changes for light cleaning loads
For lightly contaminated parts, a heavy cloth may add bulk without reducing the number of changes required by the process. B4009C offers a lighter construction that can be folded into a small working face and discarded at the defined change point.
Base replacement frequency on the contamination being removed and the acceptance requirement. A white-looking wipe can still contain particles or dissolved residue that should not contact the next part.
Where a light sheet has limits
Large liquid volumes or heavy deposits may require too many sheets. Compare total consumption and the number of passes with a heavier grade before assigning this model to demanding maintenance cleanup.
Small LCD and assembly surfaces
Check that the cloth remains flat under the chosen holding method. Use an approved cleaner, keep the cut edge away from the critical face and inspect for streaking after evaporation. The supplied washing designation does not establish sterility or a guaranteed room classification.
