4009D is a relatively light sub-microfiber polyester wipe for small LCD-related surfaces and precision assembly fixtures. Its close straight-knit face supports controlled wiping without an open mesh texture.
Reach the contact area without excess cloth
A lighter sheet can be easier to fold around a small fixture or hold clear of neighbouring parts. With 4009D, choose a format that gives enough clean working faces without creating a bulky pad that obscures the contact area.
For display assembly, the useful result is a clean surface after drying. Check for streaks, transferred fibres and local rubbing marks using the same inspection conditions as production.
Choose the finish as a system
Fabric, cut edge, washing and dispensing all affect the finished cleaning step. Compare samples with the intended edge and packaging, and keep the approved cleaner unchanged while assessing the cloth.
