MK005A is a sterile polyester wipe with a soft raised fabric surface. The source describes a dense cloth produced by raising and shearing the polyester fabric, with laser-sealed edges and configurable sheet sizes.
A softer contact face
The raised surface gives MK005A a different handling character from an open mesh. It can conform to a surface while the folded sheet provides a larger area for collecting liquid and residue. Use light, controlled passes and turn the face before the collected material reaches the next part.
For a fine finish, assess the complete wiping process: the cleaner, any hard particles already on the surface, the applied pressure and the cloth edge all affect the result. A soft fabric alone does not guarantee a scratch-free operation.
Specify what the source actually lists
The product table gives material, laser edge, sizes and packing but no basis weight or thickness. Those figures are therefore not borrowed from another model. Confirm the finished sample, inner-pack count and sterilization record for the order. The brochure also describes an irradiated small-pack option.
