Sterile 1009W is a dry polyester mesh wipe with 148 g/m² fabric and several sealed-edge options. It gives users control over the cleaning liquid added at the point of use.
Dry supply for a selected cleaning chemistry
Unlike a presaturated pouch, a dry wipe allows the user to select a compatible process liquid. Apply only the amount needed for the task: an overloaded sheet can spread liquid into joints, while an under-wet sheet may drag residue rather than collect it.
Fold the mesh to keep unused faces protected and turn to a fresh face during cleaning. Edge finish should be selected for the contact method; a laser seal and a wider ultrasonic border do not feel identical at a fold.
Retain the pack identity
The brochure describes gamma-irradiated supply and both standard and smaller sterilized inner packs. Confirm the actual sterilization method, inner-pack quantity and lot release documents for the ordered product. Room processing grades and the sterile condition of a sealed finished pack are separate requirements.
