Washing designations describe processing options, not sterility. Absorption figures require a confirmed test unit and method before comparison.
Polyester-nylon composite tubular fabric combines a knitted tube format with a composite-fibre material. It is intended for conversion or finishing to an agreed application specification.
Specify the composite and the tube
The material family and physical format answer different purchasing questions. Confirm the polyester-to-nylon composition for the proposed fabric, then define the laid-flat tube width and length required by the conversion process.
A tubular sample can demonstrate stretch, drape and surface contact, but it does not establish the cleanliness or dimensions of a finished wiping product.
During conversion
Choose the cutting and edge process around the intended contact area. Keep dimensional checks at the agreed stage so a pre-finished measurement is not confused with the final size.
After finishing
Evaluate the washed and packaged product for the actual cleaner, surface and residue limits. The composition alone cannot establish finished-product particle release.
Provide the intended application, supplied length format and finishing sequence with the enquiry. Where these details are still being developed, use an approved sample to establish the complete purchase specification before production supply.
