B1009C is a polyester mesh wipe intended for particle pickup around PCB exposure equipment and controlled assembly work. Its flexible open texture offers a practical alternative to a close straight-knit face.
Manage dust around the exposure area
Cleaning the workpiece alone leaves nearby fixtures as a source of recontamination. B1009C can be evaluated for benches, accessible equipment and approved glass surfaces as part of a defined clean-to-dirty sequence.
Use the mesh deliberately
The open texture provides spaces for collected particles. Keep a flat working face, avoid bunching the sheet and replace it when the fold is loaded. A heavily loaded cloth should not be used as a final polishing wipe.
Silicone-sensitive assembly
Where bonding or coating performance is sensitive to silicone residues, request the relevant test method and acceptance limit for the finished wipe. The availability of a test report should not be interpreted as a universal guarantee for every adhesive or optical coating.
Choose the edge treatment around how the cloth will be held. Folding a laser-sealed rim away from the contact surface can be preferable to allowing it to trail across a delicate part.
