5009 is a substantial straight-texture polyester wipe for LCD-related cleaning and other operations requiring a closely knitted working face. It supports a firm fold for controlled contact on small accessible surfaces.
A substantial cloth for small display work
Small LCD parts can be awkward to clean with a loose, oversized sheet. A firm fold of 5009 presents a manageable contact area while keeping unused material away from adjacent fixtures. Choose a sheet size that can be handled without dragging its edge across the part.
The closely knitted surface is useful for evaluating repeated wiping contact. It does not make every coated surface scratch resistant: remove hard debris first and qualify the approved liquid on the actual finish.
Separate preparation from final cleaning
Use one sheet to remove the initial contamination and another for the final pass before assembly. A cloth carrying visible soil should not return to the critical surface simply because its remaining area still looks white.
Keep the workstation clean
Protect open packs from nearby cutting, carton handling and powder-generating work. The selected washing condition can be lost through poor dispensing even when the incoming package is intact.
