3009D combines a straight-texture polyester face with a relatively lofty feel for glass and PCB exposure-area cleaning. It is an option where operators need liquid pickup and a flexible folded sheet.
A fresh face for each glass-cleaning pass
Glass cleaning is often undermined by reusing a cloth after it has collected dust. The fabric spaces in 3009D help collect displaced soil, but the cleaning sequence must carry that soil away from the work. Fold into separate working faces and move systematically across the surface.
- Remove loose grit before wet contact.
- Moisten the working face with an approved cleaner rather than flooding the panel.
- Make a controlled pass and turn to an unused face.
- Check the dried glass under the inspection lighting used by the process.
Select the finished pack quantity explicitly: different published packing descriptions exist for this model, so the order should state the accepted sheet count.
