2009F is a straight-texture polyester wipe for residue-sensitive equipment and component cleaning. The knitted face provides a regular contact surface, with washing and edge choices selected around the process.
When the residue left behind matters
A surface can look clean yet retain dissolved contamination from the cleaning liquid or the cloth. For semiconductor and disk-drive work, evaluate 2009F using the actual solvent and the residue limits of the operation. The visual appearance of the fabric cannot establish ionic or extractable cleanliness.
Use a controlled amount of liquid, make a defined number of passes and inspect the dried surface. Keep the same fold, contact pressure and drying conditions when comparing candidate wipes.
Particle evidence
Request the liquid particle count method and the tested finished-wipe configuration. A result for raw fabric does not necessarily describe a cut, washed and packaged sheet.
Contact control
The straight texture gives an alternative to open mesh for small fixtures and flat components. Keep the sealed edge inside the fold where it could otherwise touch a delicate finish.
Document the accepted wash, edge and pack together so a later purchase does not silently substitute a different finish.
