1009W is a polyester mesh wipe with a soft, open surface for particle pickup and wet cleaning. It is a candidate for PCB exposure-room equipment, glass surfaces and related controlled workstations.
Reduce residue transfer between passes
When a cloth retains particles effectively, it must also be replaced at the right point. The open mesh of 1009W offers spaces for collected soil, but a loaded wipe can release that soil if it is pressed onto another surface.
Work from cleaner areas toward dirtier areas and use a fresh face for the final pass. For exposure equipment, include surrounding fixtures in the cleaning plan so dust from an adjacent area does not immediately return to the cleaned surface.
Glass cleaning
Check streaks after the approved liquid has evaporated. Excess solvent or contamination remaining in the cloth can leave a film even when the fabric itself is low lint.
Ordering by size
A small sheet gives precise control, while a larger sheet provides more usable folded faces. Select the format around the area cleaned per change, not simply the largest available sheet.
Qualify the selected washing and edge finish before assigning the wipe to an especially sensitive optical or semiconductor contact surface.
