1009S is a substantial polyester mesh wipe for printing equipment, fixtures and other surfaces that benefit from a firm folded cloth. The open texture supports soil collection during controlled wiping.
Control the fold as well as the fabric
A wipe that collapses into a tight ball can give uneven contact and encourage an operator to press harder. 1009S offers a substantial fabric face that can be folded into a controlled pad for accessible equipment surfaces.
Present a flat clean section to the work, keep the sealed rim tucked away and change the fold as soil accumulates. This makes the cleaning sequence easier to repeat than reusing the same exposed face until it appears dirty.
Choosing between nearby mesh weights
Compare 1009S with the lighter 1009A and heavier 1009K using the same cleaning task. Look at drag, pickup, fold stability and sheets consumed. The model weight alone cannot establish a lower particle or ion level.
Transfer into the work area
Remove outer packaging according to the site's transfer procedure and protect the inner pack until use. The washing designation, selected edge treatment and required pack quantity should be agreed together, especially where several cleanliness options appear in the supply specification.
