MK24H is a 100% polyester knitted wipe with a substantial fabric face and hot-cut edges. It offers a larger working-sheet option for folding into multiple clean contact faces.
Use the available clean faces
A larger sheet can supply several working faces, but only when the fold keeps contaminated and unused areas separate. MK24H can be evaluated with a documented folding sequence so the operator knows when to turn the cloth and when to discard it.
A substantial knit provides a useful pad for accessible surfaces. Avoid saturating the whole fold if the task requires a nearly dry finish or lies close to openings.
Handling around precision equipment
Keep excess cloth away from moving features and sharp edges. Use a smaller format where a large folded sheet obscures the contact point or catches on adjacent components.
Purchase consistency
State the accepted sheet dimensions, finished washing condition and pack count. Confirm the relevant particle or residue evidence for the finished wipe where the process has measurable limits.
Compare the result after the cleaner has evaporated, including film at the edges of the cleaned area.
