HK509C is a lighter microfiber wipe in the HK509 range, combining polyester and nylon with a straight knitted face. It provides an option for frequent wipe changes and controlled cleaning of lightly marked surfaces.
A lighter option within the HK509 range
Where soil loading is modest, a lighter wipe can provide the working area needed without the bulk of a heavier cloth. Evaluate HK509C on the actual part using the same cleaning liquid and replacement interval as the existing process.
Compare dried-surface quality and sheets consumed per operation. A lower basis weight is not automatically more economical if it requires extra passes or earlier changes.
Practical contact control
Fold the sealed rim away from delicate finishes and use a new face after collecting a fingerprint. For glass, inspect the perimeter as well as the centre; film can be pushed outward and remain unnoticed until assembly.
