6009B is a polyester-nylon microfiber wipe for controlled removal of handprints and surface film. It offers a soft straight-knit contact face for precision cleaning trials.
Protect the cleaned surface from a second deposit
Removing a fingerprint is only part of the task. The cloth and cleaning liquid must also leave the surface within the required residue limit. Evaluate 6009B using the intended cleaner and an agreed final inspection rather than judging the wet surface alone.
Turn the wipe as it loads, keep the sealed rim away from the working face and use a fresh sheet when moving to a more sensitive surface.
Cleanliness is a finished-product requirement
Choose the washing process and packaging that match the transfer procedure. General cleanroom terminology is not a substitute for a particle, residue or ionic test relevant to the actual cleaning operation.
