ME24H is a knitted polyester wipe with a relatively lofty profile and hot-cut edges. It provides an option where the handling of a fuller fabric face is useful during controlled wiping.
Consider loft separately from weight
ME24H has a relatively thick listed profile without the highest fabric weight in this group. This distinction matters when choosing a fold: a lofty cloth may feel fuller and release liquid differently from a denser sheet of similar mass.
Evaluate the amount of solution retained in the working fold and the wet trail left on the surface. Adjust the wetting method before increasing pressure or repeating a pass.
Accessible surfaces and fixtures
A fuller knit may be convenient on open surfaces, while narrow clearances may favour a thinner cloth. Check the actual contact area and adjacent features with a sample of the intended size.
Finish with a clean face
Separate the initial soil-removal pass from the final clean. Change the fold before collected material can be deposited again, and inspect after drying under the normal acceptance conditions.
Confirm the finished washing and packing specification for the application rather than relying on fabric loft as an indication of cleanliness.
