HS909Q is a lighter high-density microfiber alternative for cleaning suitable high-gloss and precision-coated surfaces. Its polyester-nylon knit provides a soft face with less fabric mass than HS909D.
Balance contact control and cloth bulk
A heavier pad is not always easier to handle around small coated parts. HS909Q offers a lighter alternative within the high-density range for trials where a compact fold needs to follow the surface without obscuring it.
Keep the cleaning method constant when comparing it with HS909D. Assess drag, liquid release, final haze and the number of fresh faces needed, rather than choosing on weight alone.
Coated-part handling
Support the part securely and keep hard debris away from the working area. Use only the cleaner approved for the coating and do not let the sealed rim trail across the final finish.
After the pass
Inspect the dry surface under the production acceptance lighting. If directional marks remain, review contact pressure and contamination loading before changing to a more aggressive cleaning action.
State the washing designation, edge and packing format in the order so the finished wipe matches the configuration used in the successful trial.
