SH8009 is the heavier blended microfiber grade in this group, combining polyester yarn with a composite fibre construction. It is intended for controlled cleaning where a substantial cloth face is useful.
A substantial blended cloth
SH8009 offers more fabric mass than the lighter SH809G and SH809L grades. A substantial fold may be useful where operators need a stable working pad, but the benefit should be judged against actual pickup, liquid release and handling.
Change the contact face before collected residue can be transferred back onto the surface. A durable-feeling cloth still requires a defined replacement point.
Evaluate the complete wiping step
Compare samples with identical washing conditions and edge finishes. Inspect the dried surface for film and particles, and record whether the fold clears adjacent features. For delicate displays or coatings, keep the sealed edge away from the critical contact area.
