SH809L offers a blended microfiber construction with a mesh-pattern surface. Evaluate the chosen blend with the actual residue and process liquid, then specify the roll format for the machine.
Choose the blend around the residue
SH809L is a blended microfiber roll with a mesh-pattern surface. It provides another fabric construction for LCD-panel and optical cleaning where the way a cloth picks up and releases liquid matters. A mesh appearance by itself does not specify the fiber blend or establish a cleaning result.
The published material description does not state a blend percentage. Specify the composition needed for the process and confirm the selected material before approval. This is especially relevant when changing from an existing polyester or microfiber consumable that has already been qualified with a particular cleaning liquid.
A practical comparison uses the same conditions
Test SH809L with the same residue, liquid quantity, contact pressure and advance distance as the current roll. Compare the surface after drying as well as immediately after the pass. A surface can look clean while wet and reveal a streak or residual film later.
Separate material choice from roll fit
Once the cloth has been accepted, define the converting details independently. Slit width controls coverage; core dimensions control spindle fit; roll length and winding diameter control available running time and enclosure clearance. None of these should be inferred from the size of a photographed roll.
During a machine trial, check that the mesh-pattern web remains flat as it enters the wiping head. If it gathers at one side, first inspect guides and winding alignment. Increasing web tension without finding the cause may move the problem elsewhere in the cloth path.

SH809L roll dimensions and supply packaging can be customized to the approved material and cleaning application.
