Transport several small items in an organized two-level arrangement without stacking them directly on one another.
Keep the load organized during movement
A two-tier trolley separates trays, tools and containers onto two accessible shelves. It is useful where several items must travel together but should not be stacked against one another. The upper shelf can carry frequently handled items while the lower shelf holds larger or less frequently accessed objects.
Assign shelf use deliberately. A clean tray should not sit directly below dripping equipment, and incompatible materials should not share the trolley simply because there is space. Where the workflow requires separation, use dedicated carts or suitable closed containers.
Leave room to lift items out
Check the lower shelf clearance with the tallest routine container and the operator's hands included. A bottle may fit upright yet be difficult to remove without tilting. The push handle and corner posts also reduce the usable opening, so use the clear loading space rather than only the outside dimensions.
Raised edges can help retain objects and small spills, but they create a lip that must be crossed during loading. Flat edges suit sliding transfer when the receiving surface is aligned. Select the edge arrangement for the actual handling method.
Manage stability before capacity
Place heavier items low and keep the load balanced across the deck. Avoid hanging bags from the handle or extending equipment beyond the shelf edge. Confirm the intended total load and any concentrated feet when specifying the frame.
Brake the trolley during loading and inspect wheel condition regularly. Clean shelf undersides and caster housings as well as the top surfaces. Shelf spacing, dimensions and the wheel arrangement can be customized to your transport and cleaning routine.
