Dimensions and configurations can be customized for your application.

Give wet cleaning tools a defined hanging position instead of leaving them against walls or across the floor.

Keep the tool head clear of the floor

A mop rack provides separated hanging positions above a collection tray. It reduces the need to lean handles against walls and gives staff a visible place to return cleaning tools. The lower tray catches incidental drips so that water is less likely to spread into the surrounding walking route.

Position the rail to suit the complete handle and mop head. Tools should hang clear of the tray without touching one another. A densely packed rack may look space-efficient but can prevent free draining and make it difficult to retrieve a tool without disturbing its neighbors.

Organize the rack around cleaning zones

Where tools are dedicated to separate rooms or hygiene zones, retain that distinction in storage. Allocate hooks clearly or use separate racks. Do not place a used mop beside tools that have already completed the site's cleaning and release process simply because both fit on the same rail.

The rack provides storage and drip collection, not validated drying or disinfection. Follow the required laundering and drying procedure before putting tools into service. If storage must occur in an enclosed or treated environment, choose equipment designed for that requirement.

Maintain the tray as well as the rail

Empty and clean collected liquid promptly. A tray left wet can become a source of residues, odors and contamination. Make sure it can be removed or reached without lifting dirty tools over clean equipment.

For a mobile arrangement, use the brakes while loading and avoid moving the rack with an unstable hanging load. Inspect hooks, caster housings and frame joints during routine cleaning. Rail height, hook spacing and the base arrangement can be customized for your tools and cleaning area.
