SU-P801 belongs to a PU cleaning-swab range that includes separate head and holder options. Selection should define the complete assembly and replenishment format, rather than relying on the model code to imply a particular size.
Specify what the operator receives
A cleaning station may need assembled swabs, separate heads or a matched head-and-holder set. These are different supply arrangements. State the required arrangement with SU-P801 and identify the head profile, holder interface and pack quantity so a refill cannot be mistaken for a complete tool.
Confirm the mechanical fit
A loose head can shift during wiping; an excessively tight fit can distort it during assembly. Match the head bore and holder engagement using the selected drawing or sample. The family photographs show several possible forms and should not be used as dimensional evidence for interchangeability.
Protect replacement heads
Keep spare heads in their clean packaging until needed. Handle them away from the contact face and follow the approved assembly procedure. A new head placed onto a contaminated holder does not create a clean tool.
Validate the working combination
Trial the chosen PU profile, holder and cleaning fluid together. Check stability during contact, residue after drying and any change to the workpiece finish. Define when the head is discarded; do not assume that a replaceable head or reusable holder permits indefinite reuse without a validated cleaning procedure.
