Class labels describe listed processing options, not an ISO room certification. Suitability depends on qualification of the complete garment ensemble. Larger sizes shown in the size literature require order confirmation.
Garment dimensions, color and gowning details can be customized to the application.
A hooded one-piece coverall reduces the gaps between separate upper and lower garments. This white striped version provides continuous body coverage for operators working around exposed components, instruments and processed materials.
Manage the garment interfaces
The head opening, wrists and ankles remain important interfaces even with a one-piece suit. Arrange the mask, gloves and footwear so that normal movement does not expose underlying clothing. The hood should follow head movement without pulling the front closure or restricting the operator's view.
Comfort affects correct wearing
A suit that is too short can pull at the shoulders when the operator sits; one that is too loose can gather around equipment. Assess reaching, sitting and stepping with the normal underclothes and accessories. White fabric makes some visible soiling easier to notice, but appearance is not a cleanliness test.
Include the garment in a documented cleaning, inspection and issue cycle. Assess particle release and electrical performance after the intended laundering process when those properties are part of the purchasing requirement. Select the garment ensemble for the process; a clothing grade label does not certify the room.
