RP45G is a spunlace paper wipe with a visible directional open texture. Its cut-sheet form can be folded for routine industrial wiping, with the working method chosen around the residue, surface finish and cleanliness expected after the operation.
Remove particles without carrying them into gaps
The product gallery shows a folded sheet collecting loose material from a flat surface. On real equipment, the direction of wiping matters: avoid pushing collected particles into a bearing opening, connector or joint. Lift and replace loaded material rather than moving the same residue across the whole component.
If the particles are abrasive, a soft wipe does not make rubbing harmless. Remove loose deposits in a controlled way and assess the surface before applying additional pressure.
For a flat work surface
Use a face that is easy to keep flat and refold before crossing to a clean section. Confirm the finishing result under the normal inspection lighting.
For a shaped component
Adjust the fold to expose a manageable contact area. Check edges and protrusions that could snag the cut sheet, and select a different tool for inaccessible cavities.
Check liquid compatibility separately
The fact that a sheet is nonwoven does not establish compatibility with every cleaning solution. Identify the actual fiber composition when chemistry is critical, and test wet handling with the intended concentration and contact time. Compare the cleaned component as well as the used sheet.
The absorption number in the specification is supplied without a defined test basis. It cannot be used to calculate liquid volume per sheet or to rank this grade against a wipe tested by a different method.
Set a repeatable replacement rule
In a regular cleaning operation, sheet replacement should happen before the surface result deteriorates. Establish that point through the task, then include it in the workstation method. Keep clean packs separate from tools and used material so handling remains consistent from one shift to the next.
