The absorption index has no stated unit or test method; it is not a percentage. The cleaning designation describes processing and is not a sterility claim.

M-3 is a spunlace wiping sheet supplied in a compact stacked pack. The specified square sheet and counted inner packs make it straightforward to plan dispensing at a workstation, while washed and unwashed versions require a deliberate choice around the cleaning procedure.
Choose the processing condition first
The M-3 specification lists both a Class 1,000 cleaning designation and an unwashed option. These should be treated as distinct order requirements. A familiar product name or similar-looking pack is not enough to establish which processing condition is being supplied.
For a controlled production area, define the required processing and acceptance evidence before deciding on quantity. Neither choice is described here as a sterile product; sterility would require a separate applicable specification.
Work with a manageable fold
The square sheet can be folded to create successive working faces. Keep the clean portion away from the collected residue, then replace the sheet when fresh faces are no longer available. Folding also helps control loose material near the component.
The gallery includes the pack, unfolded sheets and stacked material so buyers can understand the presentation before discussing an order.
Open packs as consumption requires
Use one protected dispensing point for clean sheets and a separate destination for used material. Opening several packs at once can expose more stock than the operation needs. Align replenishment with the workstation's actual rate of use.
Check the cleaned surface, not only the used wipe
A visibly dirty sheet shows that some residue was collected, but the remaining surface condition is the acceptance point. Inspect for streaks, displaced particles and fibers after the normal cleaning and drying sequence. Use the intended liquid during a trial because dry handling does not show the complete working behavior.
Spunlace describes the nonwoven construction. If a specific fiber blend is required, include it in the supply specification instead of inferring it from older packaging graphics or a general family description.
Keep replenishment consistent
Identify M-3, the chosen processing option and pack arrangement in each purchase. If evaluating XL-RP35G as an alternative, compare the format and packaging as well as material acceptance. Similar basis weights do not establish an interchangeable product.
