The absorption index has no stated unit or test method; it is not a percentage. The cleaning designation describes processing and is not a sterility claim.
Sheet dimensions and packaging can be customized to suit the application.
HD-PN100G is a nylon wiping-sheet option for industrial surface cleaning. It differs in both material identity and basis weight from the wood-pulp and lighter spunlace grades, so selection should follow the required surface finish and chemical exposure rather than a shared paper-wipe label.
Nylon is the starting point
The product is specified with a nylon material. That description should remain attached to the order, especially where the cleaning procedure has already approved a particular fiber. The fine surface shown in the photograph does not by itself establish a microfiber classification or a measured scratch-free result.
When replacing a different wiping material, repeat the relevant cleaning trial. Matching the sheet dimensions alone does not establish equivalence.
Exposure changes the task
Assess the wipe with the actual cleaning liquid, concentration and normal contact period. Check for changes in the sheet and inspect the component after cleaning. For unfamiliar chemistry, identify material compatibility before using the wipe on finished parts.
Use material weight sensibly
Areal weight identifies the mass of material in a given sheet area. It is useful for purchasing consistency, but it does not state thickness, liquid capacity or service life. In a working trial, record how the sheet folds, how it behaves when loaded and when it must be replaced to maintain the required finish.
Across electronic, glass and assembly operations, the critical question is where the wipe touches. Cleaning an outer housing and preparing an exposed functional surface can require different evidence even within the same production line.
Keep wiping and polishing separate
Remove loose abrasive contamination before applying a finishing wipe. Repeatedly rubbing a trapped particle against a coated or polished component can mark the surface regardless of the apparent softness of the sheet. Change contaminated faces promptly and use the local inspection method to judge completion.
Store opened material away from machining dust, overspray and dirty tools. A suitable sheet can acquire contamination at the station if dispensing and storage are not controlled.
Specify the job and the supply
Include the nylon material requirement, contact surface, liquid and chosen sheet format in your enquiry. Add packaging needs and the tests required for acceptance so the proposed supply can be reviewed as a complete configuration.
