NB-MF52G is a 52 g/m² pulp/polyester roll grade for SMT stencil wiping. Evaluate it against the accepted cleaning process, including web tracking, residue pickup and the next print result.
Qualify NB-MF52G against the existing process
NB-MF52G is a pulp/polyester roll grade for stencil underside wiping. It sits between other NB material weights, but a small difference in basis weight is not a reliable measure of cleaning performance. The useful comparison is how the material runs and cleans in the actual printer.
Retain a sample of the accepted roll and record the current cleaning recipe before evaluating a replacement. Check that the material reaches the same contact area and that the core geometry matches the machine. A familiar carton or a similar-looking white roll is not enough to establish equivalence.
Compare observable results
| Trial item | Observation to record |
|---|---|
| Loading | How the core seats and whether the web is centred. |
| Advancement | Tracking, creases and whether fresh material reaches the full contact area. |
| Cleaning | Residue remaining on the stencil and the result of the following print. |
| Material condition | Visible fibres, edge damage, tearing or excessive wet carryover. |
| Consumption | Roll changes under the same advance length and cleaning frequency. |
Record machine settings alongside the observations. Otherwise, an adjustment to the cleaning cycle can be mistaken for a difference between the materials.
Give the roll a clear identity in storage
Where several grades use similar widths and packaging, assign separate storage locations and retain the full material code on the carton label. Bring an opened roll to the line in protective wrapping and avoid resting its exposed edge on an unclean work surface.
The displayed range photographs include more than one core style. The order must identify the selected configuration rather than relying on the appearance of a general range image. For a custom roll, approve the bore and end profile as well as the paper dimensions before repeat purchasing.
Other material grades in the Cleanroom Paper Rolls category can be compared as separate products. Grade substitution should follow the site's process approval rather than an assumption that neighbouring model numbers are interchangeable.
Core profiles and converted roll details
Plain, single-slot, cross-slot and ribbed cores use different mounting arrangements. The photographs show available format types across the roll range. Confirm the selected construction, bore, end dimensions and winding position for the individual order.

Printer-family format guide
These format combinations are provided for checking conversion requirements. A printer brand can use several cleaning assemblies: verify the exact model and installed cassette before selecting a row. Dimensions are core length, core inner diameter, paper width and wound paper length; they do not specify the complete slot geometry or guarantee fit.
