This flat mop combines a 1009D cleanroom-wipe contact layer with a sponge component. The rectangular pad is listed at 435 × 210 mm and works with an adjustable handle assembly.
Support the wiping layer across the floor
The sponge backs the fabric contact layer, helping it follow small surface variations beneath the holder. Mount the pad evenly so wrinkles or unsecured edges do not become the main contact point. Check that the holder, clips and replacement-pad dimensions belong to the same assembly.
Use an overlapping path with the clean edge leading. A flat pad makes the working footprint easy to see, but the useful coverage depends on how evenly the head contacts the surface and how quickly it becomes loaded.
Head and handle
The source gallery shows the mounting frame as well as the pad. Confirm whether the quotation includes a complete handle assembly or replacement pads only.
Packing units
The source gives nested pad counts. Confirm the total quantity and sterile inner-pack arrangement before supply so a carton count is not confused with a count of complete mops.
