Dimensions and electrical figures describe selectable configurations, not interchangeable parts. Final drawings and the complete supplied configuration determine fit and operating duty.
Work-zone dimensions, support, lighting and control options can be customized for the industrial application.
A useful laminar flow hood quotation defines the complete workstation and how it will be installed. Cabinet width alone leaves out the filter, support, controls and acceptance work that make the purchase usable.
Compare equivalent supply packages
One offer may cover a complete cabinet with stand and filters; another may cover an enclosure that needs a supporting bench or separate fan module. Compare those boundaries before comparing the total price.
The working zone matters more than the outer width. A compact cabinet with an oversized fan compartment can offer less room for the task than a larger-looking alternative. Confirm the paired internal and external dimensions on the final drawing.
Equipment supplied
Identify the final filter, inlet prefilter, work surface, stand, lighting and local controls. State which sockets or service fittings are included and their permitted loads.
Installation supplied
Define unloading, positioning, electrical connection and any support assembly. Include the route from the receiving door to the working position.
Evidence supplied
Specify filter documentation and installed checks appropriate to the process. State the work-zone condition used for acceptance rather than requesting an undefined “clean” result.
Choose features that solve a real problem
A simple fan control may be sufficient for a stable, nonhazardous task. Airflow monitoring can be useful where changes need a clear indication to the operator. Extra fittings should not obstruct cleaning or the air path merely to make the specification appear more complete.
Horizontal supply can suit low-profile fixtures. Vertical supply changes the available arrangement for taller work. Neither ordinary clean-bench type provides biological containment.
Think beyond the first delivery
Record the replacement-filter dimensions and sealing method. A cheap initial cabinet can become expensive if its consumables are poorly defined or service access requires dismantling a production line.
Also establish how a damaged shipment is documented, how commissioning responsibilities are divided and which drawings accompany the chosen configuration.
Request a configuration-based quotation
shengtongJH sources equipment against the application and agreed supply scope. Price, availability and delivery terms depend on that selection and the destination; a generic product page is not a current stock or delivery commitment.
Send the largest workpiece, normal task, available room space and destination power supply through the quotation form. Include any required particle-classification evidence so it can be addressed in the proposed package.
